Cogneus AI Tutor provides AI-assisted tutoring for students and teachers across school subjects. You agree to use the service only for lawful and educational purposes.

Accounts are issued as student or teacher. Teachers can upload material, build lessons and view class progress. Students can work through assigned lessons. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential, and any activity under your account is your responsibility.

The tutor is for teaching only. It supports, and does not replace, classroom teaching, and it is not a source of medical, legal or psychological advice. Parents, guardians and schools remain responsible for supervising younger students.

Our AI provides guidance and explanations grounded in the material your teachers approve. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all responses are correct or complete. You should verify important information independently.

Teachers confirm they have the right to upload the material they add, and that it contains no students' personal information. You retain ownership of your material and grant us the limited rights needed to index and serve it inside your classes.

• No illegal or harmful activities
• No uploading of students' personal data
• No attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the system

All content, branding, and technology of Cogneus AI Tutor are owned by us. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part without permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.

Cogneus AI Tutor is provided "as is". We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated terms.
